Major Duties and Responsibilities: Depot In charge.
1) Be responsible for smooth functioning.
2) Follow up inventory Management properly
3) Monitoring & preserve all documentation.
4) Follow up the administrative jobs.
5) Strictly follow up and implementation the instruction of depot check list.
6) Carry out necessary coordination with the clients for distribution.
7) Visit all distribution area to ensure operational performance and effectiveness.
8) Ensure regulatory compliance of all establishments under own jurisdiction.
9) Ensure compliance of policies/SOPs/Instructions by the depots.
10) Ensuring good relationship between the sales and distribution team in the depot
11) Ensuring training of the colleagues regarding attire, attitude and behavioral competencies.
12. Follow up Save the Children schedule delivery on time.
13. Strictly monitoring on receiving products from Import with SOPs guideline.
Routine duties and Responsibilities:
1. Check email and performed accordingly.
2. Communicate with Depot/SPO/Distributor for sending products.
3. Monitoring surgical, Cosmetic & Biotech store.
4. Monitoring the Handling of packaging and printing materials.
5. Ensure cleanliness and safety security of the depot.
6. Monitoring the activities of DA regarding distribution and providing them necessary instruction identifying their weaknesses.
7. Communicate with SCO for any kind of sales related issues.
8. Perform any other jobs assigned by the management.
