Managerial tasks:
• Ensure regulatory, normative and customer compliance (OMV, ENI, ADES, ATOG, VIVO ENERGY, TOTAL ENERGIES…)
• Identify needs and propose priorities for the training plan
• Draw up the training plan and validate its feasibility in pedagogical and budgetary terms with General Management
• Define the training budget with the company's General Management
• Participate in drawing up and updating job descriptions
• Manage payroll from data collection to the issue of pay slips for over 250 employees
• Receive and select applications for critical positions
• Set up a system for evaluating training actions (hot and cold evaluations)
• Update documents and analyses in terms of quality, safety and the environment in coordination with the QHSE manager
• Prepare and present process reviews each 3 months

Operational tasks :
• Update payroll software and human resources module on Qualipro and GMAO software
• Draft questionnaires and disciplinary measures taken by the HR Department
• Maintain and update personnel files
• Publish advertisements on specialized websites, social networks, employment agencies, etc…
• Always be ready to listen to staff and job seekers
• Manage internal communications
• Organize training courses and ensure that they are carried out in the best possible conditions
• Receive internship requests and/or seek out interns according to the needs and capacity of each company structure
• Assign trainees to the various structures and their supervisors
• Participate in recruitment interviews
