Work closely with the hiring managers to determine and understand the needs of the manager and
the requirements of the job. Perform Job evaluation and Job analysis.
 Update position description and keep track of revision dates; update HR records on the HR
system; create/prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports as necessary, etc.
 Utilize sourcing strategies to post, promote, and advertise job openings using a variety of
channels.
 Screen applications for different organizational vacancies and recommend candidates who best fit
the position.
 Conduct pre-employment assessments and HR interviews, while meticulously updating
recruitment records and notes on the HR system.
 Complete reference checks for selected candidates, and communicate with the candidate to discuss the

requirements and internal policies.
 Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal and organizational requirements in recruitment,
hiring, and salary administration, including form 1, form 6, and exit form, and employment contract.

 Maintain employee personnel files; ensure completion and uniformity, observing record retention
and compliance with other laws and regulations as well as organizational policies.

 Responsible for all HRIS activities: Running ongoing reports and analysis, function, act as a focal
point with the system service provider.
 Professional Training & Development: Assist with training & development needs assessments for all
Coptic orphans’ country offices employees; develop, maintain, and update training resources
roster to make available to all employees.
 Compensation & Benefits: Assist in contracting, implementing, and administering benefits programs,
including medical insurance, and life insurance.
