Responsibilities:
• Source of candidates through, company’s own website, job portals and linked in.

• Conduct pre-screening interview with candidates through call.

• Arrange and maintain interview schedules for recruitment requirement.

• Create Job advertisements on Canva and upload on company’s available platforms.

• Construct JDs and upload job postings on portals.

• Coordinate for the documentation process between clients and sub agents for local and overseas mass hiring Nepal, Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Indonesia, Eastern Europe and etc.

• Compile candidate document/requirements for deployment.

• Consolidate weekly candidate deployment reports.

• Upload candidate documents on different client portals.

• CV formatting and Masking.

• Coordinate on team’s recruitment needs.

• Prepare minutes for client project meetings.

Responsibilities - Recruitment:
• Sourcing and screening relevant candidates based on the qualifications and
requirements provided by the client or partner companies using variety of searching tools (Candidate Database, Job Boards, Social Media, LinkedIn, Head- hunting, Gulf Talent, Indeed etc.)
• Conduct initial touch-point with the candidate to check their level of interest to a certain job opportunity.
• Maintaining candidate database, continuous communication and follow-ups with the candidates and curriculum vitae formatting according to client requirements.
• Scheduling interviews and keep calendars for all scheduled interviews and resolve interview issues as fast as possible.
• Assist recruitment team in on-site interviews.
• Creating and uploading job descriptions & job ads online.
• Maintaining the company’s social media accounts such as Instagram and Linked
in account.
• Coordinate with all recruitment activities and assisting the entire recruitment team
with their recruitment needs.
