Responsibilities

Administration | Business Development
- Cooperate Telesales | Converting every call to business
- Marketing and Advertising
- Making restaurant bookings over the phone or through email
- Conversant with all Address, Armani and Atmosphere restaurants and new promotions
- Following quality standards while achieving targets
- Handling VIP bookings and ensuring satisfactory service
- Customer satisfaction
- Problem solving and ensuring return business
- Maintenance of clients
