- Manage and implement the performance management system, policy, and standards to reinforce the performance-based culture, objectives & KPIs setting and validation.
- Manage the career development activities pertaining to talent pool identification, assessment, and development methodology to foster talent's career progression within the organization.
- Manage the Succession Planning project activities, key/critical position identification, and mitigation plan, build a structured process to fill vacant leadership positions; and develop all the enrolled candidates (+ non-selected successors) on the management/leadership gaps.
- Manage the assessment tools selection and implementation following the feedback sessions and build individual & customized development paths for the top/middle management levels.
- Contribute to the promotion decision-making process by identifying the job-required qualifications and competencies and calculating the fitting degree of the nominees.
