Support Ticket:

Responsibilities: Requirement gathering, Analysis, Designing, Implementation, DB design, Testing, Deployment on Server.
Description: Using Drupal created a ticket system in which resources could raise issues in their system(pc) about various problems and these issues would be reported to their respective reporting manager. The reporting manager could approve these issues and assign to the system admin on the floor. Also mail system for notification and comment on the ticket were used.
Ticket trapping dashboard: Using concept of draggable object implementing a system which traps
1) Problem is present in computer
2) Computer is assigned to user or idle
3) Add new computers in network
4) Change status of computer (occupied or free)
5) Dashboard to view all computers of the floor with draggable and editing feature.
