Extensive experience of both IN-HOUSE AND AGENCY
• Assessed recruitment trends; proactively recruited candidates through direct recruitment, internet mining and other creative methods, performed screening, interviewing, applicant assessment
• Creating advertisement and sourcing profiles from various portals such as LinkedIn, Newspaper, Indeed and other related sites.
• Hands on experience into Job Description writing
• Shortlisting candidates resumes before presenting their profiles to the end user and Liaise with them to review the shortlisted candidates and agree to interviews.
• Extensive knowledge of working practices, recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Relations, labor laws of U.A.E, pay, conditions of employment and diversity issues.
• Having strong knowledge in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) of Taleo
• Management of Social Media channels for recruitment attraction - Linked-In, Monster, Naukrigulf, bayt
• As a In-house Recruiter pacing the job in the portal getting the job order internally, experienced into the oracle software system from Selection process.
• As a Consultant into agency handling the client directly for the meetup and getting the requirement, closing the position with the target
OTHER OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES - ONBOARDING &EXIT PROCEDURES:
• Hands on experience and well versed with UAE labor laws
• Knowledge in general HR office procedures, policies and methods
• Strong skills ideally with experience of ERP/HRMS
• Employee Visa processing and renewals of contracts
• Applying Medical Insurance for employees in liaison with insurance companies
• Handling Resignation, Cancellation & EOS of employees
• Preparing all the necessary documents for the visa and work permit process and liaising with the Admin .Making the job offer and doing the reference checks as per the requirement
• HR planning, recruitment, training and development, employee performance evaluation and appraisals, Exit Procedures etc.
• Supported processing and maintenance of payroll records in accordance with policies and procedures and creating the timesheet liaising with clients for the invoices
• Visiting the new clients and providing presentation with regards to the company and the services
• Preparing the financial proposals for the new and existing clients and providing them the services.
• Handling Trainings and other standards, checks store admin teams to ensure correct data keeping with regards to HR Administration (leave, overtime, comp-off, and attendance
