Responsibilities / Achievements:
• Coordinate the design team, construction team, subcontractors and their actions to achieve required deliverables within the program and budget constraints to set quality management standards including resolution of prime contract issues
• Overall control of budgets and control design team to work within those budgets
• Manage weekly and monthly reporting to the client and cost control management.
• Working with teams and managing project by prioritizing workloads and delivering to dead line

Prince Mohammad Medical City Project - Al Jouf, the project cost is SR.2.4 BillionThe project consist from 2 main building for 2 hospitals with 1000 beds.
The project includes huge infrastructure works, i.e.; Sanitary Works, Electro/Mechanical Networks & Irrigation Network.
Duties & Responsibilities:
a) Overall management of all design and construction disciplines and role of each within the team.
b) Application of contract agreement terms and conditions to ensure design and construction team deliverables.
c) Follow up on all hospital issues especially the specialized electro-mechanical works.
d) Set work plans and programs.
e) Coordinate the design team, construction team, subcontractors and their actions to achieve required deliverables within the program and budget constraints to set quality management standards including resolution of prime contract issues.
f) Overall control of budgets and control design team to work within those budgets.

The project includes large infrastructure works, i.e.; Sanitary Works, Electro/Mechanical Networks & Irrigation Network.

Responsibilities / Achievements:
a. Overall management and coordination of construction activities in accordance with construction schedules considering safety, environmental and quality activities.
b. Providing technical, commercial and functional direction to all related aspects of construction, and material management, including the administration of project tenders, subcontracts, purchase orders, logistics, supplier quality and performance.
c. Management of selecting subcontractors and suppliers based on an evaluation of their ability to meet the specified project requirements including compliance to health & safety, quality and the environment.
d. Ensuring that the construction group and subcontractors are advised of their obligations under applicable legislation, codes of practice, the Project Execution Plan and all conditions set out in the contractual documents, and that those obligations are met.
e. Building & maintaining effective relations with the Client, Subcontractors, and Suppliers throughout the project.
f. Managing the preparation of financial reports, reject progress reports and other site performance indicators as requested by the Company and the Client.
g. Management of comprehensive project close-out report at the completion of the project.
