i) Established water management systems for the users' institutions in small scale water resources sub-projects;
ii) Facilitated users' participation in the sub-project development cycle viz. feasibility level investigation, institution building, dialogue with the local stakeholders/users on planning concept and design of the infrastructure;
iii) Provided assistance in system Operation and Maintenance through on-site practical demonstration;
iv) Organized appropriate training courses and developed training materials for the courses aimed at the water users; and
v) Prepare reports for progress review.
In partial fulfillment of awarding the M.Sc.degree, the dissertation that was pursued by me involved Policy and Planning of water pricing issues in Irrigation Projects under different socio-economic profiles. Visited 05 nos. small scale water resources development systems ( Genil Cabra, Beembezar and a few others) in southern Spain to study local users perception towards capacity utilization of the system installed.
