 I started out my carrier as a Snr.Supervisor in Swiss bel admiral and working myself from pre-opening of the organization.  Assist to manager for department's daily operations and keep maintain the engineering store.  Participate in assigned long-term preventative maintenance programs and projects.  Involve in department's routine operations by handling repairs and assisting management with administrative duties.  Develop and maintain relations with Engineering Manager, manufacturing, quality and maintenance departments on manufacturing concerns.  Responsible for keeping equipment history file up to date, make sure all mechanical rooms clean.  Responsible for preparing atending Engineering staf meeting.  Modify processes to enhance operation productivity.  Assign, train, develop and supervise work of engineering department.  Develop relations with external customers on improvement work.  Coordinate renovation bidding, define the cost and scope of the project, and oversee the general contractor and subcontractors to ensure quality work is performed cost efectively.  Develop, implement and manage energy conservation programs for the property to minimize expenses.  Conduct inspection tours to ensure that electrical equipment and lighting is working properly.  Maintain a complete understanding of the Employee Handbook and adhere to regulations contained therein.  Maintain a complete understanding of the Hotel's policy relating to fire, safety and health, and ensure all precautions are taken to safeguard against incidents for areas under your supervision.  Perform other assignments to meet business needs as directed by your superiors. Comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedures.
