▪ Lead a team responsible for planning, design, delivery, and support of our hosting infrastructure. This includes day-to-day Data Center operations monitoring, management and support.
▪ Research, identify, test, and certify products required for hosting and infrastructure solutions. Participate in selection of Data Center technologies and products.
▪ Define and enforce Data Center design, deployment, management, and change standards for all production and non-production environments including racking, cabling, power, and space.
▪ Manage asset inventories and component lifecycles as well as provide vendor management to control costs and maintain contracts.

Managing data centres and presenting problems analyzing and troubleshooting, services backup and recovery, installing network resources such as windows AD, windows LDAP, DNS, Proxy servers, Wiki servers, Network utilization and monitoring tools, and VPN access over Cisco products. Providing reliable resources access through secure WAN connections, and provide a services telecommunications. Implementing data centers hardware maintenance plan.

The main tasks were to manage network and security appliances within multiple sites environment, performing a high reliable and secure environments which running high sensitive system. Implementing network resources access, Monitoring sites’ communications and equipments based on real-time supporting and troubleshooting. Implementing services continuity to our clients, grant access to services cloud such as ATM Transactions Switch, SWIFT, Electronic clearance system, Real-Time Gross Settlements system RTGS, and ATM cards issuer system.

Perform a desktop support for more than 150 user-based environments with a high-level of performance computer skills to present a reliable business environment, present level-one network troubleshooting, maintain users workstations and daily power management report is presented.

-Provide Training to student over Lab Environment to test Electronic circuits.
-Teach Students subject of Digital System, Circuit analysis, Electronic Circuits.
