- Daily posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business
transactions are recorded, reconciliation of cash & bank accounts.
- Supplier’s reconciliation, handling various clients, preparing invoices,
Payment vouchers and Deposit slips.
- Preparing payroll, indemnity and staff settlements. Inventory
maintaining.
- Handling bank transactions through cheque, online transfer and
prepare bank reconciliation statement of all bank accounts.
-Prepare periodic financial statements, closing restrictions, Zakat
Taxes, VAT report and financial reports etc.
- Dealing with the External Auditors of the company.
- Checking & receiving the daily invoices from the cashiers of branch.
- Record and tab daily transactions and supply of cash to the bank.
- Review and close the medical insurance claims of the branch and
follow-up payment with insurance companies.
- Supervise the inventory of materials and tools and calculate the
direct cost centers for clinics, and the preparation of payroll and
commissions in the branch.
- Prepare periodic financial statements and reports as per the
directives of the Department.
- Assist auditors and other internal auditors.
