Oran Tramway General Manager - RATP Group (Yearly revenue 14 M€, 750 employees)
- Implementation of the recruitment plan during the pre-operation phase;
- Budget preparation and P&L monitoring;
- Outlining of pre-operation program and implementation:
o Operation and maintenance training program;
o Testing and Commissioning and Trial Run program;
o Maintenance plan and out-sourcing part of the High and low voltage activities;

- In charge of setting up SYSTRA new offices in Riyadh and managing on-going contracts;
o Budget preparation and P&L monitoring;
o Cash-flow forecasts and Finance/Accounting coordination with Paris headquarters;
o Projects’ staffing and employees’ management.
- Project Management:
o Detailed design and Work supervision - King Abdullah Financial District Monorail;
o Medina Luggage system Management - Concept and detailed design.
- Opening of SYSTRA new offices in Tunisia: P&L of 2 to 3 M€ / Staff: 20 persons (15 engineers and technicians + 5 administrative staff)
o Business plan, budget follow up, accounting, cash flow management, financial reporting to the headquarters in Paris,
o Recruitment of the local staff and management of the expatriate staff
- Setting-up the business development strategy for SYSTRA in Tunisia and Sub-Saharan Africa (clients prospects, tender preparation, contract negotiation, marketing plan, Presence in Transport forums, clients follow up),
- Project Management:
o Work supervision for Tunis Rapid Rail system (Phase 1 18km);
o Preliminary and detailed of Tunis Rapid Rail System.
- Project Manager and Transport Planner: socio-economic studies, traffic forecast, public transport network design, alignment, institutional organization, investment capabilities, economic and financial return on investment, Public Private Partnership scheme.
o Public Transport study - Amwaj development Bouregreg valley Rabat. (SAMA DUBAI);
o Bahrain Integrated Transport Strategy,
o Feasibility study for the UAE Railway (freight and passengers):
o Tehran transport master plan 2030:
- Business development in close coordination with SYSTRA Business Development Manager for the middle-east;
- Coordination with SYSTRA Paris for planning and resources on the MENA projects;
- Opening of a SYSTRA new agency in Bahrain.
