Scope covers managing operation quality control, inventory, commissioning overhauling, servicing, start-up and maintenance of Field and CPF Plant facilities and involved in (pm and cm maintenance) and numerous FIP (Field Improvement Proposal) projects. Maintenance of rotating & stationary and auxiliary equipment and plant process equipment, demonstrate easily learn to apply new enhance technology and skills; utilize innovation and creativity to enhance functionality and operability while remaining in compliance with a wide range of expertise in production maintenance. perform and participate in preventive, corrective and troubleshooting mechanical maintenance activities of the plant equipment, compressors, pumps and general. Work shop equipment’s (EDG, Cranes, forklift and Hydraulic and pneumatic equipment’s).
•To examine all work shop equipment’s periodically to ensure their readiness for work.
•To participate tool box discussion to determine standard procedures for certain job
•to state all requirements(required tools, Hot permit, cold permit and necessary associated certificates) in order to comply with the safety procedures for f the plant and human and environment
•Observes all plant rotating equipment’s performs (vibration monitoring) to avoid any damaged or mal function of equipment’s.
•To identified, trouble shoot and isolate faulty components on compressors equipment’s pumps and heaters. Using P&IDs manufactures manuals, drawings and diagrams.
•To determine spare parts required for maintenance work from manufactures drawings and spare part list. And check ERP.
•To perform shutdown maintenance repair and overhaul all rotating and static equipment’s.
•Maintenance and Overhauling of SCREWO COMPRESSORS
•To prepare, isolate and participate vessels cleaning.
•To arrange and participate repairing pipe ruptured.
•To carry out PMs, repair and replace polish rod & top drive. (Kudu PCM”) PCP.
•Maintenance of CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS ( single stage Pumps, Multi stage Pumps)
•Maintenance and overhauling of positive cavity pumps PCP
•Maintenance and overhauling of POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT PUMPS
