• Develop innovative concepts for visualisations and presentations for the clients.
• Build strong relationship with architects and engineers to produce the best possible outcomes.
• Visits to the premises, prepare progress reports and follow up on customer’s orders.
• Advice on depicting suitable arrangements of furniture, accessories and coordinate harmonious colour schemes.
• Select or design furnishings, artworks and accessories.
• Estimate material requirements and costs.
• Manage production/work teams for wood, electric, floor, paint, glass, metal and all relevant works as required for the implementation phase.
• Implement cost saving and time management strategies to minimize costs and production time.
