Sole reporter to head office for the Sinai areas of Sharm, Dahab and Neuweba, for ensuring the high quality safety and comfort of Spring Tours Guests.|
Daily and Monthly reporting into Spring Tours' performance, and the companies' position relative to competitors.
Investigating customer complaints to resolve issues to a satisfactory conclusion.
Monitor service levels for trips, reporting feedback, initiating and acting on comments and suggestions
Promoting development ideas for new areas of sales, such as Desert Jeep Safaris.
Development of new uniforms for personnel, sourcing suppliers, pricing and delivery.
Greet and register incoming guests
Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and with courtesy
Assist guests with any enquiries regarding local entertainment, restaurants or transportation
Maintain efficient and effective flow of information with guests and internal departments
Handle additional duties as needed by guests or management.
Organising sales visits and establishing new business
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
Maintaining accurate records, reviewing sales performance and analysing questionnaires
Negotiating contracts, Demonstrating/presenting products during customer visits
Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information such as budget spreadsheets, writing reports, company brochures and similar documents
Organising and hosting presentations and assisting with promotional activities
Developing customer visits/external agencies for direct sales
