Worked with Spud (prehydrated bentonite with coustic soda), invert emulsion(Diesal continuous phase) and saturated (Nacl) salt polymer mud.
Mixed drilling fluids from the beginning of the well to the completion of well.
Tested properties of drilling mud to make sure they are in specifications.
Kept a accurate inventory of all chemicals on location.
Added chemicals to maintain proper fluid as directed by fluids program.
Used calculation on spotting fluids bottoms up time, total circulation and cement jobs.
kept a keen eye for well control situation as they arise.
