JOB PROFILE:

•Use of HRMS“Oracle” to record, maintain, plan and manage the group’s human resources.
•Prepared staff monthly payroll calculations.
•Conduct analysis & make recommendation to determine staffing numbers. Skills and needs to meet the groups’ objectives.
•Process Identification Card and Staff Number for all new employees
•Responsible of Trade License renewal by using on-line system with Chamber of Commerce
•In charge of scanning and uploading all employees personal documents.
•Attached with personal information details.
•Update scanning “visa copy, passport copy, Labour & company contract copy, warning letter, training etc.

•Administrator/Super User of HR Attendance system
•Monitoring of daily attendance.
•Updating attendance system with data
•Print daily absent report & submit to line manager
•Late attendance report.
•Trained other department users and ensure their full understanding of the system functions.
•Update attendance system with data of overtime calculation, shift, probation period, weekly day off .
•Print monthly report for payroll closing.
•Create data of new joiners in the system (shifts, off days, working hours)
•Safe keeper for company staff passports
•Drafting letters, (English & Arabic typing)
•Loan calculation.
•Leave calculation & update HR system.
•Handling the outgoing and incoming mails to HR Department.
