Having an experience with USACE projects in Afghanistan from project start to closer.
-Independently operating QCS software.
-Generate documents from QCS.
-Coordinate and report status of the project from QCS.
-Prepared baseline and updates schedule in Primavera P6&P3.
-Preparing Weekly progress reports and attends meetings with USACE.
Preparation community and area level operational plans,
Prepare progress reports including micro project completion reports and impact and effect indicators reports.
Collaborate with the technical team for preparation of proposals, location, plans, designs, budgets, and work quantities for each infrastructure project.
Strategic planning for Controlling the budgets of the project,
Supervise project implementation,
Maintain a good working relationships with the communities,
Supervise field engineers,
Conduct needs assessment, baseline and technical surveys,
Checks the Technical Specifications and proposes the necessary changes.
Succeeded Estimation for the USACE, USAID, PRT, etc…
Participation of meetings with different clients and preparation of meeting agenda
Scheduling the projects prior award and after award using Ms, Project and Primavera.
