Dhahran Business Tower- Khobar, Saudi Arabia: The project involved construction of a 36-storey; 158 meter high residential tower including one basement, ground floor, three podium levels, a technical floor and 43 additional floors, one technical floor, two refuge floors and one roof technical floor. The project included separate swimming pools and health clubs for men and women. It also included a health spa and fitness area along with other supplementary services, a stretch of green space and more than 2, 000 m2 of landscaping.
