- Hands on experience in all HR management disciplines (Recruiting, Training, Performance Management, Comp& Ben and Employee Relations).
- Work in partnership with the business to provide HR support and influence that enable key clients to effectively deliver their people plans.
- Upgrade line managers awareness on HR best proactive and enable line managers to effectively deal with people issues
- Provide a consultancy service that delivers best practice and commercially focused HR solutions that support the business area in conjunction with specialist HR functions.
- Ensure flawless planning and execution of the annual bonus, salary and training actions.

- Confer with management to identify personnel needs, qualifications, and skills.
- Develop recruitment programs to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings.
- Review applications and interviews applicants.
- Run the Orientation Program for all new hires.
- Initiate and coordinates internal job posting programs.
- Work with recruitment agencies to identify and recruit candidates.
- Write job descriptions or reviews and edits job descriptions written by others.
- Managing the HR articles corner in the EEC monthly magazine.
Completed my Master Degree in Business Information Technology in July 2008. Courses included Change Management, E-Business, Internet Marketing, Marketing Information System, Business Continuity and Recovery, etc.
Graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration – MIS concentration in January 2005. Courses included Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management, Principles of Accounting, Marketing, Leadership in Management, Business Law, etc.
