Duties including;

- Employees' relations & Solving problem in Day to day operation.
- Managing recruitment issues (performance development, interviews, etc).
- Responsible for monthly P&L analysis.
- Responsible for payroll.
- Handling hotel emoloyees' activities.
- Handling banks' benefits issues (contracts, employees' ATM cards, communications, etc).
- Taking responsibility of social insurance process.
