1-Troubleshoot and solve complex Microsoft network problems (e.g DNS, DHCP, NLB, SMB, …etc) for
EMEA region .
2-Root cause analysis for problems happening frequently in the customer side.
3-Help and advice customer with the best practice configuration for Microsoft products.
4-Working on critical Microsoft networking problem and down environments in timely manner.
5-Detect and advice customer with any defect on network components that may affect the customer
network performance.
1- Implement and troubleshoot Virtual environment VMWare (VSphere, ESXi, Vcener) and Microsoft
Hyper-v.
2-Implementation and troubleshoot network visualization environment for VMWare (NSX).
3-Implement, configure and troubleshoot network storage (SAN, NAS) for DellEMC storage (ISLON,
Unity).
4-Design backup and recovery solution using EMC products (AVAMAR, Data-Domin, Networker).
5-Implement and Design CCTV system using (Milestone) System.
6-Implement and troubleshot analytic s solution for CCTV systems.
1-Administration of windows (XP, 7) and windows server (2003, 2008).
2-Administration of Windows Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Domain Controllers.
3-Network administration of Cisco Routers and Switches.
4-Administration of Cisco Unified Communication Manager, Communication manager Express and
Cisco unity Connection.
5-Monitor and troubleshoot servers and network component with (PRTG, Nagios and HP network
node manager).
6-Administration of VMware productus (Workstation, ESXi, VCenter and Vsphere servers).
7-Administration (Daily, Weekly and Monthly) Backup with Backup Exec 2010 for server.Page 2 / 3
