•Project Management Review - Monthly reviewing project performance and ensuring the actual expenses tallies with the budgeted amounts.
•Handling Inventory Accounts - Handling of multiple in-country inventory accounts that is held and used by operation teams.
•Reconciling bank accounts _ Bank reconciliations of accounts held in country.
•Handling Petty-Cash - Authorizing and paying for daily stipend expenses and subsequently booking them in the system.
•Posting daily expenditures - Booking daily expenditures of operations team.
•Ad-hoc responsibilities - Performing ad hoc jobs requested by Financial Controller such as fixed asset booking & depreciation and amortization of prepaid payments.
•Reconciliation of accounts - Reconciling Cash-In-Country accounts with book account.
•Overlooking daily expenditures - Overseeing expenditures spent by the operation teams.
•Revenue generating - Invoicing clients for expenditures incurred by operation teams for individual projects.
•Following-up emails _ Following with clients about payments and booking the payments when received.
•Year-end Audits - Responsible for providing necessary documents to external auditors.
• Assisted the supervisor _ Handling other accounts.
• Handling tenders _ Ensuring tenders get enough bids.
• Suppliers attraction _ Attracting the suppliers to participate in tenders.
• Team members’ attraction - Motivating team members to meet the organizational goals.
• Following-up calls _ Calling suppliers to forward the tender details and motivating them to take part in the tenders.
• Report preparation _ Preparing reports for each tender and reporting them to the supervisor.
• Suppliers’ relation _ Maintaining a good relation with the suppliers.
• Handling organizational tenders _ Handling tenders from two Governmental Organizations, e.g. Emirates Post and Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority.
• Resolving technical issues _ Helping the suppliers to bid through online and solving any technical issues and difficulties they faced.
