Supervise & Review Reconciliation between Intercompany Transactions AP/AR
Preparation Financial Statements, P&L, BS & CF.
Prepare financial expenses reports and statements for the management.
Prepare forecasting for future expenditure
Controlling CIP Accounts.
Monthly capitalizing Fixed Assets / Prepaid to be amortized & Retire Fully Depreciated assets.

Create Project accounts in the accounting system.
Maintain project-related records, including contracts and change orders.
Review and approve supplier & subcontractor invoices related to a project.
Review and approve time sheets for work related to a project.
Ensure consistent billing and financial reporting at project levels by following best practices.
Review account totals related to project assets and expenses.
Investigate project variances & submit variance reports to management.
Report on project profitability to management.
Monitor accounts receivable and support project managers with collection efforts.
Report to management regarding the remaining funding available for projects.
Create & approve all project-related billings to customers, Generate, audit client invoices to assist in cash flow
Respond to requests for more detail from customers.
Approve the write off of any project-related billings that cannot be billed to or collected from customers.
Close out project accounts upon project completion.
Compile information for internal and external auditors, as required.
Guarantee timely reporting, budgeting, financial management and project forecasting to clients.
Generate and distribute monthly receivables reports and monthly profitability reports.
Control material issuance to projects & review budget on daily basis.
Making journal vouchers with entry to computer’s system.
Making Payroll and Overtime on monthly basis.
Making Incentives & Commission to sales staff.
Issuing Cheques and follow up collections’ with sales staff and customers.
Making Bank Reconciliations.
Calculate Depreciations.
Follow up purchasing with purchasing dept. and checking invoices.
Issuing and follow up financial claims of our projects.
Opening and follow up LC's with Bank and making costing for goods after received.
