Scout for potential brands as per the property requirement.
• Review the brand profile & prepare the proposal terms.
• Preparation and communication of new lease offers & renewals.
• Negotiate rentals in consultation with Leasing Head.
• Ensure that the issued offer letters are in line with approved budgets and exceptions to be flagged.
• Follow up with the tenant to obtain confirmation on the Offers, New Leases, Renewals, Addendums,
• collection of payments/deposits & other Leasing related matters.
• Issuance of RERA Tenancy contracts & Ejari Certificates (including Payment to Noqodi, Creating
• Tenant, Uploading Units, Termination of Contract & Contract Renewal).
• Preparing and maintaining Tenant Database & uploading the same to the property management
system Summarize the utility bills (SEWA, DEWA, Etisalat, Chiller, etc.) and service charges of the
properties in a monthly/quarterly basis •
• Receive supplier’s invoices, verify/complete the documentation and then submit to the accounts for
payment processing
• Expert Translation & Legal translation letters in Arabic & English presented to Sharjah Government “
Municipality, sewa, Sharjah chamber of commerce & Economic Department “
• collect sales report monthly from tenants to submit to finance department
