• Hands-on experience in configuring, diagnosing and troubleshooting WAN and LAN environments that includes Cisco and Huawei routers and switches, as well as, good experience in troubleshooting HP switches.
• Coordinate with pre-sales engineers (design engineers), as well as, PMO team to meet the expectations of the client.

• Hands-on experience in setting up Cisco Meraki’s networks of TETCO project, as well as, diagnosing and troubleshooting faults.
• Good experience in setting up and operate ESXi 5.0, 5.5, 6.0 and 6.5 for lab environment purposes.
• Good experience in setting up Linux operating systems for lab purposes, as well as, gathering diagnostic information of Linux platforms for Cisco TAC developers.
• Handled and responded to the network tickets and requests in the Riyadh region while providing on-site support in installing and configuring various system or equipment.
• Monitored performance of team members and provided required feedback for performance improvement.
• Determined and resolved technical issues while liaising with the network engineers and/or the desktop technicians to ensure smooth execution and completion of assigned project.
• Ensured that technical staff members adhered to standards laid down by client as well as performed preventive maintenance of network and PCs across the KSA.
• Troubleshot issues related to PCs and rendered on-site support to the customer located in Riyadh city.
• Installed and configured the Polycom phones in Riyadh city; led PC technicians in accomplishing the same task across other regions in KSA.
• Installed and configured various PCs and printers as per client requirements and standards; installed Windows 7 and Macintosh OS as well as hard disks, CD drives, memory, and power supply unit and network card systems.
• Performed desktop and printer’s biannual preventive maintenance in addition to determining the local administrator password of Windows and recovering deleted files of users.
• Utilized Linux skills to isolate data in harmed HDDs from viruses in situations which using anti-viruses is impossible.
• Prepared, segregated and entered all important data into the company database system while ensuring high accuracy and consistency.
• Identified and resolved discrepancies in information and acquired further information for incomplete documents.
