• Identify and evaluate risk areas related to telecommunication network and participates in development of internal audit annual plan
• Plan, define scope, execute audits of IT & Telecom network (Core, Radio, Fixed, and Transport) including 5G, 4G, IN, FTTH, etc. technologies, along with evaluating technical internal controls
• Perform a detailed audit in site rental, site acquisition, technical facilities, sites O&M & technical performance
• Perform a detailed audit in multi billions managed services contract for mobile & fixed networks
• Oversee the work of the audit staff in identification, development, and documentation of audit issues and recommendations
• Monitor audit assignments progress beside providing necessary support to internal audit teams and escalate any issues
• Lead the discussion with audit clients and prepare final audit report for chief Audit manager & audit committee
• Follow up the implementation of audit recommendations in a timely manner
• Performing audit assignments in Fraud investigation & Business unites.
• Provide consulting services to the company’s management besides providing training and coaching to internal audit staff.
• Hands on experience and practical knowledge of IIA auditing standards & CoSo standards.
• Incorporate company strategy and code of ethics into internal audit policy
• Plan & execute expansion projects based on demand.
• Monitor network capacity and equipment inventory to ensure that network supply always meets demand.
• Predict the network weakness point and provide the solution.
• Analyze new technology standards and new vendor developments to ensure continual access network improvement and the adoption of the best technology at the right time.
• Monitors and produces different progress and forecast reports as well as coordinates with other departments/engineers to design.
• Provide time and budget prediction for the expansion projects.
• Produce detailed plans that capture all aspects of network design.
• Ensuring that all necessary resources for the project are in place from the initial up to the final stages of the project.
• Develop a complete RFQ&RFP to be used as standard template.

• Perform the operation and maintenance for the RAN equipments + Mini-link TN and handle the alarms.
• Perform the commissioning and integration for the NodeB + MW TN.
• Route the traffic routing from the site up to the exchange (Channel activation).
• Make sure that sites are implemented as per customer KPIs and global standards.
• Crisp knowledge about 3G WCDMA & TDMA/GSM/GPRS network and the hardware structure of MSC server, MGW, RNC and Node B.
• Good knowledge of all network elements and their main characteristics.
• Receiving complex issues and maintaining ownership until completely resolved by using all the support structure available
• Using troubleshooting tools and lab simulations to analyze problems and identify solutions to meet partner/customer needs
• Excellent Knowledge of CCS7/SS7 (No.7) network including the protocols used for signaling such as (MAP/CAP/BSSAP/ISUP…. etc.).
• Excellent Knowledge of SIGTRAN protocol configuration (M3UA/M2UA) Signaling over IP. And H.248/MeCaCo protocol.
• Configure the interfaces within CS&PS domain such as (Iu-Cs/C/D/Mc/Nc/Nb...Etc) and the related protocols: ATM (SAAL/AAL2/AAL5/MTB3B) IP (SCTP/TCP/UDP) TDM (MTP1/MTP2/MTP3).
• Troubleshooting and Case analysis through the local maintenance terminal or the iManager system (EMS).
• Troubleshooting of STM-1 / STM-4 and E1.
• Solve the problems in Location Update and Number analysis through tracing the massages and analyze the protocol stack.
• Develop and deliver training programs that meet the training needs of the company staff and customers in Saudi Arabia local office and Middle East regional office.
• Knowledge of GSM traffic analysis / traffic distribution.
Participating in different projects implementation, Project management, project control, installation, acceptance, test, commissioning, Field supports, trouble shooting, handling fault, operation & maintenance in the live network.
- Participate in the GID project for the VHF equipment.
- Configure the scrambling chips for the Motorola VHF.
- Participating in the STC Microwave project (installation & configuration).
- Use the software to design the Microwave links "LOS".
