I Worked in Hyper sytems Company in nasr city as an Logistic coordinator, I was responsible for Maintain minimum stock levels as required by the company
Facilitate the ordering and delivery of items needed for replenishment of the inventory in the company and customers
Maintain list of suppliers in which inventory is ordered from
Follow up with suppliers to assure timely delivery
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing Director to discuss future inventory requirements and needs
. Manage the exportation and delivery of goods
Maintain up-to-date record of incoming/outgoing shipments
Handle the logistic support planning and scheduling process.
• Verify the shipping documents
• Review planned shipment data with inbound and outbound planners
• Execute all suppliers’ correspondences (related to logistics).
• Execute the requisition process, issue the orders, and follow up with the suppliers to confirm the delivery dates, and shipment method.
