I worked for TATA PROJECTS LTD, as Administrative Executive for almost 10+ years, taking care of the entire administration and camp offices.

Later joined an HR CONSULTING FIRM (RANDSTAD) and worked for 10+ years as Administration Manager taking care of the South and East region in India, had established set up offices admeasuring close to 70000 sq.ft offices all over.

Currently working as HR & Administration Manager for AVANCE CONSULTING which is a staffing manpower offices based at Hyderabad, India and also has offices in New Jersey & Germany.

•Roles & Responsibilities
•Making arrangements for Induction & Orientation Programmes for newly recruited candidates making them familiar with companies policies & procedure
•Ensure that all office information at Front Office is up to date and see that the Reception area is neat and professional in appearance.
•Organizing Travel & Accommodation, Video Conference, Presentation, Monthly Review Meetings and Event Arrangements.
•Forecast the crucial requirements for the events like Job fairs and plan the arrangements at venue and monitoring the footfalls.
•Track budget and monitor the expense & monitoring the Cost Control projects time to time.
•Scrutinizing all the vendor payment bills and processing it to the Corporate Finance Department & ensure that vendor payments are cleared on time.
•Requirements for the Cafeteria and arrange all Facilities. Ensure that the house keeping supervisor be responsible to keep the vending machines are in hygiene working condition and monitor the readings on daily basis.
•Ensure operations of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs and maintain AMCs.
•Pest Control & Indoor Plants: Daily monitoring/tracking the healthy indoor plants are placed, watered and taken care.
•Arranging all the stationary requirements for the employees and the office. Fulfill the necessities of the Awards Rewards & Recognition items and Certificates for the Team Winners
•Exposure to real estate Industry, worked closely with M/s. JLL on Project Management team including Design, Construction, Leasing, Space Planning, site selection.
•Liaising with Architects, Designers & Contractors during new construction and renovation projects.
•Transition/Movement Plans, Space Management, allocation of space to various business division & plan modifications, Manage Contract and Lease Negotiation.
•Coordinating with external agencies for negotiating and executing AMC’s for maintenance of office infrastructure.
•Had individually set up Office/s 50000 sq.ft offices in Hyderabad, Vizag, Vijayawada, Kakinda, & Eastern Regions like Bhubaneswar, Guhawati, Chattisgarh, Bhopal & Indore right from start to finish within specified time lines.

•Conducted First Aid Training & Fire Drill Evacuation across PAN India offices as part of the safety aspects of the employees.
•Led a 15 member team to Vizag for smooth conduct of Vizag Steel Plant Exam.
•Arranged Blood donation camp and NGO & CSR activities (Flood relief camps).
•Arranging training sessions, Cultural programs, Organizing Sports day, Staff get-together, Family get-together, Company outing ensuring employees participation and motivation.
•Had arranged for Banquets, Logistics for Workforce 360 - HR Summit/s, thrice for about 300 + top CEOs, Head HRs, Presidents, VPs. Etc. at Hotel Westin Mindspace.
