Duties/Responsibilities:
• To support treasury dept. for preparing daily treasury log with BB & others.
• To execute all leases / loans disbursement as per approver and branch request.
• Act as checker for all types of payment such suppliers / branch advance / advance / BEFTN payment.
• To calculate BB-SERP installment and inform to treasury for maintain sufficient fund with BB.
• To cross check & recalculation of all treasury payment such as call loan interest, interest on FDR borrow & landing and participate in FDR landing negotiation other investment of treasury.
• Participate in treasury fund management.
• Post to software revenue expenditure and other procurement.
• Prepare rent schedule for all branches and make the payment within due time.
• To send every bank daily Cheque issuing information over 1 (one) Lac in value. (As per BB circular)
• At month end / quarter end / year end have to prepare all adjustment journal against all accrued interest for cash & cash equivalent, call loan, OD interest, STL and other treasury investment in quoted & unquoted share & bond.
• Prepare JV for all fixed assets adjustment. (purchase / disposal)
• Support to prepare reconciliation statement.
• Support to prepare financial reporting.
Work as articled student since 01.04.2008. Had to conduct following work:
• Planning, monitoring, reviewing and controlling works of audit and assurance.
• Preparation of Financial Statements of the various companies, NGOs etc.
• Preparation of Management Report relating to internal control system and compliances with applicable laws, rules and regulation.
