I have to develop new product ideas and see them through implementation, do extensive market research and ensure that the ideas have a significant impact according to business value or ROI.
My responsibility as the Product Manager is to study and analyze ideas and manage their priorities. Analyzing the data, find out behavioral patterns, usage patterns to identify the opportunities for improvements or implementation of what's missing. Creates and maintains the Product Backlog and the roadmap.
Assists with the wireframing, prototyping, workflows, elaboration of Epics, Themes, and Features into user stories that are granular enough to be achieved in a single sprint.
Study focused on software engineering, database design, software testing, mobile app development, Information system design and analysis, Data structure and algorithm, HCI etc. Training summary & Workshops
