•Develop and manage day-to-day creative and strategic process and execution of the Visual Merchandising and Commercial calendar, plans and programs for furniture & accessories divisions.
•Drive brand visual communication, design and presentation of merchandising: for the Retail store environments.
•Develop and manage necessary Visual Merchandising Guidelines to support brand visual objectives
•Liaison between sales, creative, events, store design, marketing, the field and retail partners.

•Establish conceptual design direction, refine and develop interior design in conjunction with project manager and architectural team members.
