 Monitor activity to ensure work being done is in compliance with regulation.
 Report any unsafe acts.
 X-Ray and inspect material, equipment and furnishings designated for use with a Controlled Access Area (CAA).
 Ensure the security and integrity of international and domestic U.S. government construction sites by proactively deterring the access of unauthorized personnel and materials onto the construction site; and, by preventing the implantation of clandestine surveillance devices into the building frame and systems during construction.
 Ability to read and understand construction blueprints and drawings
 Knowledge of construction principles and devices used by hostile and friendly intelligence
