-Receiving sales order from sales personnel and / or customers by phone, fax or mail And Follow up Customer orders and making sure entire orders has arrived on customer site
-Setting daily Target sheet.
-Help to organize all shipments in line with company requirements.
-Preparing and maintaining a delivery schedule and communicating to all relevant departments
-Organize and manage all incoming orders and check whether customer's account is within \{Credit Limit Approved) & also not on (Stop Delivery List)
-Filling all documents related.
-Responsible for processing free sample orders & requests for new codes
-Coordinate with Export coordinator on export orders
-Communicate and coordinate the coding of new products and colors.
-Handling weekends Export orders and making sure that a backup is available in factory during weekends.
-Reporting all data required for marketing campaigns.
-Monitor Export orders from Customer Service team and on IFS
-Handling the clearing and forwarding of shipments documents to ensure that all shipments are delivered to the clients within the legal remits and legislations
-Communicating with the Supply Chain/ Operations team (warehouse, distribution, Purchasing) all information regarding customers’ orders to ensure delivery is done on time and in full
-Communication with intercompany (Bulk Exports) regarding availability, changes required, Delivery timings and transport costs
-Prepare Special Paper work for Bulk Exports within governmental premises, freight forwarding for shipping purposes
-Close Communication with Finance department regarding the financial documents, confirm delivery is completed for invoicing purposes
-Validation of different third-party logistics invoices
