- Reporting the Quality Management progress and the implementation of the quality measures/systems agreed from ACIV (the Chinese Main-Contractor) in order to progressively improve the QA/QC planning through working with the project management team.
- Following up the approvals of the quality plan from the main customer.
- To ensure the delivery and/or receiving of the agreed project quality plan for the project director, project managers.
- Managing Quality Control staff (Site quality manager, team leaders and quality engineers)
- Coordinating with all relevant Departments in connection with Quality matters.
- Ensuring effective Inspection / testing program is carried out by the Inspector / Site Engineer / Technician.
- Ensuring Quality Records/Documents as required by the contract are maintained.
- Supporting the operation sectors in order to resolve the quality related problems.
- Performing KPI reporting dashboard to evaluate the quality performance.
- Maintaining the customer satisfaction through reviewing the KPI monthly reports.
- Meeting in a monthly basis the customer representative to check his quality complains and observations related to the effectiveness of the quality management system.
- Preparing for internal audit plan for all project department according to the company QMS.
- Preparing for the external quality audit according to ISO 9001-2015.
- Joining the consortium monthly quality meeting with the others quality managers of consortium to study the quality separate KPI reports, Opened NCRs
- Reporting to the project director and company lead quality manager.
• Understanding the client’s needs within the Specifications. These can be client specific, regulatory or engineering design standards
• Actively coordinating and participating in Quality Control - inspection, monitoring and testing regimes that are dictated by the project method statements and planned delivery of Inspection and Testing Plans.
• Arranging and engaging directly with the client’s representative to expedite the ITP requirements.
• Mentoring QA/QC designated Site Engineering Inspectors to constantly improve their effectiveness.
• Acquiring greater understanding of the works and needs of the QA/QC department.
• Providing an analytical approach to inspections and test results.
• Becoming an increasingly active participant in design and constructability reviews and problem resolution
• Participating in the creation of and assisting in the maintaining of the document management system.

• Identify cause and errors as part of a non-conformity investigation.
• Work with and have at least basic understanding of all other interconnecting disciplines.
• Lead, manage, schedule and task QA/QC Site Inspectors.
• Report progress on a daily (diary notes) and weekly basis (summary report).

• In coordination with the Line QA/QC Manager, preparing and issuing non-conformance reports and assist in developing corrective actions.
• Assist the QC manager, construction and site managers in resolving any discrepancies and ambiguities
• Coordinate with the customers QC inspectors for the resolution of site problems
• Coordinate with the site subcontractors to ensure that communications exist and are maintained.
• Assist the site subcontractors in the resolution of drawing interpretation
• Attend the weekly QC meetings
• Review work procedures and method statements for compliance with good work practices and the customers contract specializations
• The completion of QC site instructions and coordinate their closure.
• Compliance with the site's health and safety regulations
-Ensure the implementation of the Project Quality Plan and the organization quality policy.
-Ensure coordination of the quality activities of Project Quality Managers (Senior QA/QC Managers).
-Promote and ensure development of continuous improvement techniques and practices
-To manage QA/QC personnel & ensure that work carried out on site is in accordance to the latest approved documents.
-Co-ordinate with all relevant Departments in connection with Quality matters.
-To ensure effective Inspection / testing program is carried out by the Inspector / Site Engineer / Technician.
-To ensure Quality Records/Documents as required by the contract are maintained.
-To assist the site engineers in order to resolve the quality related problems.
-To ensure all inspection / testing required are carried out and approved prior covering up.
-To follow-up closely the NCR issued and implementation for its agreed disposition with consultant (if required) to close out the NCR.
-To manage Quality Control Staff efficiently and effectively wherever Quality matters are concerned.
-To ensure that all Measuring and Testing Devices being used on this project where required are calibrated periodically against certified Standard Equipment.
-Attend the weekly progress meeting, Quality meeting and the safety meeting with the consultant and the owner.
-Preparing the minutes of quality meetings with the consultant and working on it with the construction department.
-Make all required coordination with the construction and safety department to implement the safety plan, the execution plan and the quality plan.
-Prepare a weekly Q.A/Q.C report to be submitted to the project manager and the company quality head.
-Take a site tours to monitor the site activity to be sure that the quality staff working effectively and to monitor the quality staff efficiency.
for all civil Works (Framework, Reinforcement, Ready Mix Concrete, Steel Structure, post tension system and full up Supervision all executed workings according to project specifications and drawings, Review supplier’s inspection and test plans against the milestone scope of work, prepare the inspection test plane of finishing and concrete works, prepare a non-conformance report for the works which is not according to the specifications and tender, prepare a material receiving reports for the materials in the site and handover it to the consultant, review the materials certificates and ensure that it’s properties is according to what required in the tender and specification, supervision on the lab tests which done in the site on the concrete samples, soil and mortars of finishing works according to its properties and it’s design mixes. Develop and maintain the safety and health program records-keeping and reporting system.
Quality assurance and quality control for all civil Works (Formwork, Reinforcement, Ready Mix Concrete, Steel Structure, piling works, underground piping…etc (Familiar with different international codes ACI, ASTM & ES and full up Supervision all executed workings according to project specifications and drawings, Review Shop Drawings and prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report, Review supplier’s inspection and test plans against the milestone scope of work, prepare the inspection test plane of finishing and concrete works, prepare a non-conformance report for the works which not according to the specifications and tender, prepare a material receiving reports for the materials in the site and handover it to the consultant, review the materials certificates and ensure that it's properties is according to what required in the tender and specifications, Coordinate with the planning and scheduling department to ensure milestone dates are understood for each turn over area, prepare a punch list to attach it with the construction completion certificate to hand over the buildings to the consultant, supervision on the lab tests which done in the site on the concrete samples, soil and mortars of finishing works according to its properties and it's design mixes, Develop and maintain the safety and health program records-keeping & reporting system.
I'm responsible of a quality control of the civil works in the water treatment area, waste water area, fuel oil area, administration building area, piling works, underground duct banks & Finishing works (CMU-Plastering with accessories-Facade bricks-false ceiling-certain walls-Ceramic tiles-Marble & granite with mechanical fixation-Gypsum boards-Mosaic tiles-painting systems-sornaga tiles-Roofing systems).
As a project engineer (erection engineer) for a steel structure of multistory buildings, hungers and sun sheds in any city of Egypt, Full up and supervision all the working and be sure it is execute according to projects specification and erection Drawings.
As a site engineer in villas & high rise buildings.
