• Supervising and follow up all components of the construction from concrete till finishing
• Quantity surveying all the project items from the drilling till finishing Coordinate with Surveying Engineer to provide him with all the information about land
• Making structural and architectural shop drawings of the project coordinates and any site measurement required.
• Making time schedule for the contractors companies and reviewing their extracts
• Making Project completion rates Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand them over to the project consultant.
• Making redesign of some structural components to make sure its safe
