-Estimate, prepare and assign resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment,
Tools, etc.
- Carrying out all mechanical construction work at the site such as the installation of equipment and
Erection of piping.
- Follow up the startup & commissioning activities such as flushing, chemical cleaning of piping systems,
All equipment (pumps, hydraulic units of diverter damper - HP/LP bypass Hydraulic valves, & WTP), Steam blowing, ACC cleaning, HP/LP bypass operation, and plant synchronization.
► Project: Conversion of Hail-2 CC Simple Cycle to Combined Cycle Power Plant.
• Owner: Saudi Electricity Company.
• Responsibilities:-
- Reported to site manager directly.
- Estimate, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, Tools, etc.
- Carrying out all mechanical works and equipment’s installation activities (WTP, BFP, CEP& CCW).
- Installation overhead crane for STG and all static equipment (deaerator, drain tanks of HRSG &ST&
CCW expansion tank).
- Supervise on assembly& erection of steel structure for (Main Pipe Rack, HP/LP Bypass Rack & Auxiliary Racks, etc...).
- Make lifting plan & supervise on lifting equipment for any heavy parts.
- Supervise on erection of piping and make sketch for as built in AutoCAD.
- Review the WPS before starting the welding process.
-Able to lead site personnel to execute and completion of job on time at site.
► Project: ERC Refinery Project, Cairo, Egypt.
• Client: GS Engineering & Construction Corp.
• Responsibilities:-
- Reported to site manager directly.
- Follow up activity on site and insure the work is performed accord to client specification and safety
Requirement.
- Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
- Supervise on assembly& erection of steel structure racks.
- Supervise on erection of piping, hydro test and flushing.
- Supervise of all activities for surface preparation and coating (Painting and Insulation) for
(Piping, Supports).
- Collaborate with cost control and planning department in preparing the daily progress reports.
- Also have high ability to solve problems if there were mismatch between install and drawing after
Coordinate with the owner.
► Project: Direct Reduction Plant Ezz Steel, Ain Alsokhna, Egypt.
• Subcontractor: MARIOUT Engineering & Construction.
• Client: DANIALI.
• Responsibilities:-
- Generally responsible for implementation and monitoring of all mechanical related works at site
As per approved drawings and methods.
-Assembly& erection of steel structure for pipe rack and stack.
- The equipment installation and alignment.
-Erection of piping, hydro test and flushing.
-Perform survey report after finish erection.
- Ensure all works are carried out to the highest standards of HSE in accordance with the project, client
And the owner standards.
► Project: Banha Power Station 750 MW Combined Cycle Project Units 1 & 2 / CP-105.
• Client: Ansaldo Caldaie SpA.
• Responsibilities:-
- Reported to construction manager.
- Follow up activity on site and insure the work is performed accord to client specification and safety
Requirement.
- Confirm Control the manpower load and their distribution over the site according to the workload and
Completion schedule.
- Supervise on erection of piping, hydro test and flushing.
- Supervise of all activities for insulation (Piping, Stack, Drums &Tanks).
-Perform survey report after finish erection.
-Perform and Coordinate and control the preparation of as-built drawings.
- Also have high ability to solve problems if there were mismatch between install and drawing after
Coordinate with the owner.
• Responsibilities: -
- Leading hundred soldiers and five NCOs to perform all military and construction activities.
- Ensure the optimal level of productivity from the team.
- Supervising the construction activities (erection, alignment, welding).
- Erection of steel structure for building & racks.
- Erection of piping, hydro test and flushing.
- Installation the pumps skids and shaft alignment.
- Perform and provide resolution of construction problem.
-Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at site that may arise at any time.
• Alexandria University: Faculty of Engineering, Egypt, 2005--2010. • BSc. in Mechanical Engineering "Mechanical Engineering Department" • Total Grade: Good (70.8%). • Final Year Grade: Very Good (83.9%). • Graduation Project: Separation and Liquefaction of Gases (LNG, LPG & AIR). • Graduation Project Grade: Excellent.
