• Conducts recruitment effort for all personnel, students, and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career pathing program, employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing; writes and places advertisements.
• Establishes and maintains department records and reports. Participate in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings, such as seminars. Maintains company organization charts and employee directory
• Evaluates reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
• Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

• Set the yearly benefits and compensations plan according to the the company budget.
• Developing and implementing competitive benefit packages to reach employee retention.

• Compare other company’s Benefets and make recommendations for improvements
• Reviewing and credence monthly wages and salaries for all employees.
• Ensure that any pay differences are justified

• Calculating leave and leave salary and any other satte settlements.
• Processing various allowances and forfeits in accordance with the set laws.
• Managing salaries at bank for each employee in his account and any other compensations.
• Handling various types of telex; HR. and official letters regarding the salaries.
• Review and update the benefits manual regular.
• Maintaining an updated employee compensation related database.
• Resolving any queries or issues related to payroll.
• Detailed reporting regarding staff costs per business unit.
