Through variant customer service contact channels (phone call, email & live chat *Multiple chats at once), handling the below.
• Reporting all kinds of technical cases (emergency & non-emergency) related to customers or public in a convenient time with professional description.
• Answering billing queries related to monthly bills, adjustments, usage slab tariff and its calculations seamlessly.
• Providing all service related information regarding ( Service activation, Transfer, De-activation, EVs& Solar panels queries) leaving no doubts to the customers with their queries, targeting First Contact Resolution (FCR), along with keeping the interaction handling time achieved.
• Liaising with the internal relevant departments to accelerate pending cases, for an urgent action or resolution.
•Provide required technical support for malfunctions with the service .
•Billing verification and adjustment approval for eligible cases
-Manage speed or quota changing requests and applying new installations or cancellation requests.
•Offer new products and launched services (Up sell) target.
