Assess credit worthiness of existing or prospective customers. Review financial transactions, credit history (Application, Statements, Balance sheet) to assess customer profile for decision in align with Bank & Central bank policy and mitigate risk/deviations for management decision. Ensuring the issuance of the facility letters in line with approval terms, credit policies and guidelines for CMB or WM. Apply eligible FTV based Customer portpholio Prepare proposal, recommending for approval with mitigate deviations for management decision. Handle After sales transaction for disbursed facilities. Review Restructure / Reschedule Home finance requests.
