Job Responsibilities & Highlights: -
• Successfully completed the Construction of Water Injection Wells project, meeting all project objectives and exceeding client expectations.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
• Implemented a new resource management system that resulted in an increase in project efficiency.
• Coordinated with the KOC Team to overcome project challenges and complete the project ahead of schedule.
• Supervise the day-to-day implementation of Construction Activities.
• Prepare project proposals, schedules, and budgets, and provide feedback on design and specifications.
• Monitor compliance with codes, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
• Maintain the project progress reports and ensured all procedures and documents were submitted for review and approval.
• Coordinated with KOC Team to achieve project targets and ensured work was performed according to plan and specifications.
• Study all the Drawings for HPS Hub Piping Work for Gc-4 and Gc-8.
• Work in Construction of HPS Hub Piping Work for Gc-4 and Gc-8 ((14, 12, 10, 8, 6 )) and all Associated works for Injector Wells.
• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.
• Monitor all the HDPE Liner Activities.
• Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements, and reviewing bids from sub-contractors.
• Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management.
• Working in Construction of Piping, Flow Line Work and Water Injection Wells.
• Completes technical studies and prepares cost estimates.
• Surveying and Follow Up Work Progress.
• Maintains and builds healthy client relationships.
• Proactively resolves performance, scope and schedule issues with the Client as they arise.
• Identifies, documents, communicates and meets the clients requirements.
• Contributes to the development of overall project schedule.
• Supervises work in accordance with the approved schedule
• Monitors cost aspects of the project within direct control to forecast final costs, identifies trends and takes action to avoid cost overruns.
• Focuses team on achievement of milestones and other key project objectives.
• Listens to the team, discusses the issues, resolves problems and directs activities to remove roadblocks and achieve objectives.
• Regularly provides clear reports to project management.
• Effective communication with the design team and third parties.
• Accurate, timely and effective reporting to the Projects Manager and the Client Team Leader.
• Assesses procurement processes throughout the project to ensure goods meet specification, are delivered on time and are within budget.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Study Tender Documents, Projects Specification and BOQ.
• Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.

• Coordinated with subcontractors to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
• Maintained a high level of commitment to HSE and QC procedures.
• Supervise the Site Activities.

• Made plans for shutdowns and maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient project execution.
• Monitoring and controlling the Accumulative Progress According to the Plan and Actual Schedule.
• Designing Maintenance Strategies, procedures and methods.
• Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to Valves faults.
• Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
