• Reviewing the Electrical drawings, reports, specification to ensure completeness, correctness, comply with the scope of work and requirements.
• Carry out the electrical works in site as per approved drawings.
• Review in timely manner any submittals and forward to consultant to get approvals.
• Attend Technical meetings with the Project Management team, consultant and owner representative.
• Coordinate with the document controller to ensure that all documents related to his discipline are properly controlled.
• Carrying out alternatives to the design submitted, prepare and submit a report including recommendation to A/E Consultant highlighting advantages and disadvantages of each alternative.
• Carry out product data, samples, and inspection and test reports to submit to get approval.
• Review and assist with solutions when there are Consultant’s replies concerning the timely processing of shop drawings
Setting of the preventive maintenance plan (Annual, Quarter, Monthly) for all the equipments whatever ( electrical Equipment, HVAC equipments )
The supervision on the execution of the plan of the maintenance
The preparation of the reports of the status of the PM and CM during the Month to be checked by the client.
Providing the Technical Support for the team work (5 Supervisors, 25 technical, 10 Helpers )
Preparing and reviewing the Invoices of the consumables and providing it to the client.
Hold the meeting with the client representative and describing him the status of the Response of the service and the performance of the maintenance.
