• Responsible for full mobilization process of new employees for KSA operations vacancies, including Visa processing, medicals and travel arrangements and repatriation of existing / exiting employees.
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection.
• Conducts exit interviews with employees to determine the underlying reasons for termination of employment; also determines employee attitudes toward the company, supervisor, etc.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Manages the technician salary/wage program. Participates in approved salary surveys affecting all nonexempt and hourly employees.
• Administers Human Resources policies, advises/counsels management and employees regarding company policies and procedures.
• Directs and aids in the preparation of all position descriptions. Provides preliminary evaluation of new or revised position descriptions according to company guidelines.
• Administer all benefits (travel tickets, vacation accruals, leave application and approvals, educational fees, preparing leave salary, employee exit)
• Act as liaison with HR outsourcing agencies and government offices
• Supervising staff; planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems.
• Maintain administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
• Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
• Provide communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices.
• Purchases printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices.
• Make sure that all employees File, has an updated copy of passport, visa, residential permit, and Insurance card.
• Maintains administrative staff by orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
