• Preparing project estimates/ plans & project initiation documentation.
• Liaising with clients & other stakeholders in resolution of critical technical issues, management of change requests.

• Maintaining Project Key Performance Indicators and ensuring compliance to project budgets.
• Manage key stakeholders’ and expert systems users’ expectations by utilizing a planned process to involve them throughout the project course.
• Coordinating with training department to identify the system training requirement and develop a training plan.
• Following up and making sure company process and policies are followed throughout the life cycle of the project.
• Enforcing a solid tailored process for internal delivery between development team and quality control team to ensure maximum level of quality of code before inspection.
• Working and coordinating with the infrastructure team to prepare the needed hardware specifications and make sure that the required hardware ready at the planned schedule.
• Managing the operations team and coordinating with the development team after deploying the project to live environment until it gets stable.
• Maintaining change control process and following up on relevant project documents / plans updates.
Responsible for providing technical design for the entire application and generate technical documents along with low level design for developers, throughout the project I was coaching developers to apply programming best practices and making sure the optimum usage / utilizing the framework provided in the initial stage.
Senior software engineer responsible for developing complex CRM services and tools also was responsible for managing Cairo branch office.
