• Maintain record of companys asset, communicate with job sites and update log book for equipment
• Review time sheet of the stuff and prepare record for payroll.
• Communicate with job sites to solve any issues that may arise.
• Supervise inventory count of materials at job sites and report to account department.
• Other administrative work.

• Encode Civil and MEP materials, quantity, complete description of the item
• Match items received at sites store with LPO 2-way matching
• Construct official reports for inventory and stock status
• Work with companys ERP system for checking accuracy of storekeeper records
• Verify and check accuracy of all material received (MEP& Civil) items as recorded by storekeeper

• Review cash receipts and allocate against specific invoices or transaction
• Communicate with customers urging for payment of past due invoices
• Handle inquiries and provide customer ledger reports ensuring payments are processed within
trading terms
• Set-up new customer in the ERP system
• Ensure correct coding of all customer invoices and payments in the ERP system
• Reconcile debtor accounts/ Statements and correct discrepancies as necessary
• Assist in month-end close and support other accounting projects as needed.

• Customer Service, operation, and auto loan sections
• Open and close balance and payment of checks and record the customers money transactions
• Answer customer questions, solve customer problems
• Assist customers with Auto Loan inquiries and provide required documentation to customers
