• Review the Manpower plan and determine the vacant positions to proceed in the recruitment process.
• Search for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria through computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting sources, recruiting firms, Walk-ins and employee referrals
• Recruited, developed, and assist in leading a team of Recruiters to fulfill the selection process through a competency-based framework.
• Conduct HR interview and assess applicants as per as job requirements and competences using CBI interview technique.
• Managing the full Recruitment cycle from (Posting - Screening - Interviewing - Offering and conduct orientation sessions).
• Follow up Projects’ release plans and plan proper allocation for released employees.
• Represent the organization in employment fairs to search for qualified applicants and promote employer branding.
• Maintain a strong database of qualified candidates using different recruitment sources and deployed an Applicant Tracking System.
• Enhanced the unit’s reporting system.
• Established and developed strong relationships with business partners and hiring managers to provide service excellence along the recruiting process.
