• Installing and deploying the open source products and the programs developed by ESCC team to meet the systems needs of the provided security solutions
• Participating in the ISMS 27001 certificate project for Electronic Transaction Security Sector (ETSS).
• Creating, and Implementing ISO documents
• Planning, engineering, and monitoring the security arrangements for the protection of the network systems
• Identifying, monitoring, and defining the requirements of the overall security of the system
• Maintaining firewalls, IPS, VPNs, Routers, and Switches)
• Configuring and implementing Firewalls, and IPS
• Defining and maintaining security policies
• Solve existing security issues, such as viruses or hardware malfunction
• Supervising the installation of new software and hardware
• Maintaining and supervising building network monitoring solution (Open NMS)
• Technical audit to evaluate deficiencies or areas of improvement in Certificate Service Providers (CSP) systems and processes.
• Auditing, affirming technical operations are being performed as per requirement.
• Confirming the technical equipment used by CSP is technically suitable for the planned purpose
• Install and support LANs, WANs, network address assignment, assign routing protocols, routing table configuration, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems
• Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure
• Install and maintain network hardware and software
• Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers, desktop computers, routers, and switches
• Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users
• Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software
• Managing DSL incoming and outgoing calls with the customer, handling many brands of DSL modems, configuring DSL modem operating with Dynamic IP or Static IP
• Troubleshooting logical and physical problems that may face the customer
• Configuring wireless access points and range extender devices that allows wireless devices to connect to a wired network using Wi-Fi or related standards
• Activating VPN technology which enables a computer or Wi-Fi-enabled device to send and receive data across shared or public networks
• Configuring DSL routers directly with customers over phone
• Troubleshooting logical and physical problems with the customer
• Notifies the supervisor and report to him the escalated issues to minimize customer downtime
• Updating systems as action taken with customers
