Main Responsibilities:
- Member in the internal audit team.
- Responsible for issuing the documentation of the procedures, forms, records and the work instructions of the company.
- Maintaining standards; responsible for keeping all the records and the forms of the QA department to be audited later by any other according to ISO 9001 standard.
- Responsible for preparing the internal audit documents and coordinating with the concerned departments.
- Responsible for knowing any updated regulations, governmental decrees and any other new and/or revised laws.
- Gathering information from different mediums for implementing or updating any new/current processes, procedures and projects.
- Issuing progress reports; internal and external audit reports illustrating the NCR's, corrective and preventive actions and any other required reports.
- Suggesting any possible improvements, corrective and preventive actions which would improve and enforce the performance of the QA department within the company.
Extra Responsibilities:
- Conducting induction sessions for the new employees about the applied QMS within the company.
- Conducting awareness program for the employees about the processes in their department.
- Conducting Internal auditing training course for the employees.

- My master degree project was entitled “Studies on the properties and construction process of the yeast spore wall (specific structure) dityrosine layer”, and the research was conducted at the Laboratory of Glycobiology, MOE Key Laboratory of Carbohydrate Chemistry and Biotechnology, School of Biotechnology, Jiangnan University. - The research was focused on characterization of the sporulation specific protein Dit1 and its contribution to the formation of the dityrosine layer, the outermost layer in yeast 𝘚. 𝘤𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘢𝘦 spore wall that provides the spores resistance to environmental stress. Additionally, and due to their potential medical applications as drug carriers and enzyme capsulation, I studied the cytotoxicity of the spores using two cell lines HEK293T cells and HeLa cells. - During my master studies I got hands on experience of various microbiological and molecular biology techniques, protein extraction, western blotting, HPLC, fluorescence microscopy and other techniques.
